What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in CAD.

I just placed an order, how do I know my package has been shipped? Our products are shipped within 7-14 business days (processing time). We try our best to ship the items as fast as we can. Once your package is shipped, we will submit the tracking information to the customer via email.

I ordered an item(s), and would like to cancel it, what do I do? We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of the order being placed. 

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do?
Please reply to your order conformation email and let us know as soon as possible so we can correct that for you. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Shipping

Our items are shipped from Canada. Each item ships within 5-14 business days  from the day the order was submitted. We do not ship on weekends. Any orders that are made over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Shipping rates are based on your address. Khimia Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs while merchandise is en route, or as a result of an incorrect address submitted by the customer.

Khimia Designs shipping methods do not include Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by the carrier. 

Exchanges/Returns - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please be sure to select the correct size when placing your order. Khimia Designs is not responsible for items that do not fit properly as a result of the customer selecting or submitting an incorrect size.

 You may request a refund the following circumstances: 1) You received the wrong item or 2) Your items arrive damaged. In the case of damaged items, please be sure to report the case, first, to your local shipping office to allow for speedy and accurate processing of reimbursement. After this you may e-mail us via the contact page to arrange a refund or replacement.
